If I were Paxos I would sue the SEC for the damages caused to their company. At its peak, BUSD had $23 billion in capitalization, the SEC forced them to stop everything... for nothing.
23 billion invested in treasury bonds at 4% yield per year = 575 million dollars per year which were lost because of the SEC... for nothing
